It is a bit crusty but is NOS. I personnally purchased this gauge and several others from an old parts warehouse that closed many many years ago. I checked the amp gauge with a 6 volt battery. The needle moved as it should. I am not always positive of correct year or make of item. So please do your research to be sure it is correct for your application.
