Description: On the block: One (1) vintage American Lung Assoc "I've Had My Chest X Ray" souvenir pinback button. It measures approx .75 (3/4) inches from side to side and features a white background with red and black overprinting. Inside the back, in black, is union info and the full Imber Co. crest and info .Single shell construction with spring pin. No date. In very good used condition with marks commensurate of a 55 + year old button. No large scratches, creases, image loss or dents. There are no raised dimples. Great color and printing. Minimal darkening from handling/age on the back. These pins were parts of a collection that was preserved in cardboard coin holders. We have not opened them and they will be shipped as such.
