Description: Vintage Popcorn BoxBoy-O Boy!Queen City Manufacturing CoCincinnati 3 Ohio - note the use of a single digit zip code indicates a time between WWII and 1963 (when five digit zip codes were introduced). Image is the same on all four panels - a freckle faced, red headed boy with a kind of "star" effect around him and the branding Boy-O Boy! in red text. "Hot Popcorn" in white against a blue banner shows along the bottom. On the bottom panel is the text (in blue) "These Boy-O-Boy boxes may be obtained only from The Queen City Mfg. Co. - Cincinnati 3 - Ohio US Patent No 2,388,190. Box will ship flat, but it does "pop up" to be an open topped paper-board container NOTE - one panel has a "slot" cut out of the top. Not sure what this is for. I have had several of these and they have the same cut in all, so it's intentional
