Description: Vintage '91 It's a Wonderful Life Martinis Bar Bedford Falls Lighted HTF RSVP. This comes with the box that it came in. There are no certificates of authenticity or instructions if there ever was. The box is beat up pretty badly but houses this building fairly well. Does have styrofoam. The light bulb and the cord work and the cord is a scroll switch. The cord does have some type of paper or tape residue on it but nothing that affects the quality of the cord. The building is in good condition. I see no chips, cracks, or breaks. The building is approximately 10 inches long and 6 inches tall. Pre-owned. SKU2571
