Description: Up for your consideration is this 5-piece, vintage 1950’s spice rack with ceramic hand painted shakers with roosters, made in Japan. I do not know the maker, but they look very similar to ‘Chase Hand Painted’. There is a small piece of wood missing at the wooden backer board top right-hand side. The backer board is 3-ply wood & the missing piece is just 1 of the plies. I do not see any cracks, chips, or repairs. There is nice even crazing in the finishes.
