Description: Vintage 1940's - 1950's Windup Wind Up Tin Mechanical Dump Truck Walt Reach Toy Courtland Box Rare This vintage Walt Reach Mechanical Dump Truck by Courtland (No. 3100) has its original Box and Motor Guarantee. Overall, the truck, box, and guarantee are in very good to excellent condition. Please see the photos and zoom in to see any flaws. There is some flaking paint on the back of the cab. It is not visible with the dump bed down. There is a tiny light scratch near the center of the hood. There is a tiny chip next to the driver's side headlight. There is also some discoloration on the tin cab roof which I tried to represent in the photos. When I hold the truck and gently wind the key, the motor works, pulling the truck forward. This item was found at a local estate sale. The previous owner said their parents had a store in the 1930's to 1950's, and this item was part of leftover stock that did not sell. It is like new old stock as it was never sold nor played with. I will be listing other toys and items from this sale, so check my other listings. I'm not an expert on every item I sell.
