You're not likely going to find another copy of this item. This film roll's intended use was to be spliced in with upcoming film previews and/or concession ads prior to showing the feature film. Most preview rolls were used short term and then returned to the distributors along with the feature films. This Multiple Sclerosis promo roll would have had a longer usage and was not meant to ever be returned and redistributed. All photos are the actual item you will receive. The outer box is paperboard and is showing its age. The film is in very good condition yet as it was always stored in-box. The first and last quarter inch of the film shows the usual warping which in indicative of past splicing. There is approximately 3 feet of blank screen leader.
