Nice clean face.Face says: Timex Gold Tone metal stretch band - fits a small ladies wrist approx: 6 -7" circumference. The band is stamped: Stainless Steel, USA. The back reads: Assembled in the Philippines. Base Metal Bezel Stainless Steel Back. Very good vintage condition. May need cleaning (& new battery, unless its a winding watch, I can't remember) Waltham: Black "numerals" and gold hands. Nice clean face.
