Description: This is a very nice 1970 vintage watercolor that is signed in the lower right corner of the painting. this painting is very nicely done with great colors. On the back of the painting reads: "To Buddy with Love Ann Hartman March 1970." The frame is a solid wood with a white wash on it. The frame is solid but has dings and a few pieces of masking tape stuck to it from the back. The backing is taped on with a string hanger. I left the backing alone because that is where the writing is from Ann Hartman. There is also a chip in the glass on the lower left side that is visible if the painting slips up in the frame. However it would not be an expensive thing to have the glass replaced. Please see pix carefully.The entire framed piece measures: 17.50" x 21.50"
