Description: Estate fresh vintage Grundig Microboy from the 1960's. I put in a fresh battery, and there was sound from the speaker. I was able to tune in to a couple stations, but the noise through the speaker made it hard to understand. It does however work, but I must sell as-found, no return. Inside the back case is a note scothc taped indicating the original owner was in Germany. Perhaps a service man. The front of the radio is in wonderful condition. no dents or dings. There are a couple of small issues in the back of the case. A small chip in one corner. Scotch tape all around, which fits with the taped owner info. This may have prevented any additional damage to the case. Smart move. There may be a small crack under one corner. I leave the tape removal to its new owner. There is no strap attached. All that being said, as found it will fit well in any collection.
