There are a couple very small tears on the bottoms of a few pages that are hard to notice (see photos). On the title page, inside the front cover, someone wrote their name “Petersen Christmas 1956” & “Hoover”. This book must have been a Christmas present for someone in 1956, the first copyright date for this book!!! The inside of the book is very clean considering that this book has been read and is close to 75 years old!! The corners and spine are in very good condition considering the age. There are several marks on the outside cover. I have tried to take photos of everything but if I have missed anything please let me know and I can send you a photo.
