Description: Vintage 1940s? ROYAL Typewriter MAGIC MARGIN Touch Control Serial # KMM-376230 4 This is matte black. I tested all I could think of. Margins work, paper feed, carriage release, ribbon feed, and all keys including uppercase. Everything seems to work, but the z key sticks a little sometimes. This machine was purchased at estate sale, so I don't know the history of it. I cleaned somewhat so I could test function, but I am not typewriter person, so I did not take anything apart. This machine needs a good cleaning. Still, a great piece.
