Description: This lot of three (3) Vintage Akoya Shell Buttons are from the 1940s. They are 1 5/8 inches in diameter and have four holes. Depth is approximately 2mm.These buttons were cut from the original shell and all are slightly curved and have a dip at one edge. These Vintage Akoya Shell buttons are in very good condition. These are aged and probably not as white as a new button, but are a little darkened but still iridescent.
