Description: The brass plate on the top of the level is stamped " STANLEY " in the notched rectangle with a heart up into the center three letters in Stanley. Then underneath it has " NEW BRITAIN, CONN.U.S.A. ". From what I have found the first use of this logo was in 1920 and in 1921-1922 the second sweetheart logo had " Made in U.S.A. " underneath. There were two other logos with the heart lower in the logo spanning from 1919-1935. It also has on the lower section " No. 0 ".
