It is designer hallmarked with letter M in a circle (see picture). You are looking at a high grade ruby and diamonds. There is a gorgeous genuine pear cut ruby set in the center 7mm x 5mm, it is estimated to be .75 carat. The color is fantastic pigeon blood red and the brilliance is simply neon electric. Most likely Burmese rubies per my gemologist. The diamonds are high quality, near colorless G, clarity VS2. They are round cuts, 8 diamonds. Total diamond weight is .10 carat. Very brilliant diamonds to complement the ruby! The ring weighs 5.5 grams. Size 6.5 finger (easily sizable). The presentation is raised 4.6mm high. Excellent condition.
