Caldwell Publishers. -- Book is over 125 years old -- I've tried to explain the most relevant points about its condition in the bullet point below, but please ensure you view ALL pictures for true depiction. - Binding is very worn and mostly loosened from the book, but not entirely -- see pics 2 & 4. - Pages are very yellowed, with the darkening creeping 'inward' from the outer edges -- see any of the pics showing interior pages. - A small corner is missing from the back cover -- see last two pictures. - Edges of the hard covers are very worn, as expected for its age. - Appears to be a first name written in pencil on the upper left of the front cover -- perhaps "Russ" (third photo). Also a few pencil marks on inside of front cover. -- Item will ship USPS Media Mail to keep total cost as low as possible. An option to upgrade to Priority Mail for an additional cost will be available at checkout.
