Description: Offered is a vintage 1 pound box of Higgins' Ink Company No. 1 Superfine Red Special Sealing Wax, 4 sticks, made in Brooklyn, NY. Virtually the entire pound remains (see scale photo). Wax is for decor, case display, or use "as-is." Such hard & old vintage wax will burn and smoke if put into flame and is difficult & slow to melt and use. In addition, please note that these old sticks do NOT contain wicks, that one of the 4 sticks is broken into 6 pieces, that the points of each stick are broken, chipped, or worn, and that both the inside lid of the box and the box bottom show small splotches (see photos). For these reasons offer is made as-is & as-shown, and seller does not accept returns. Box and sticks are clean and odor-free and come from a smoke-free household.
