Vincent Price Funny Remarks on Miss America Purchased from Vincent Price Estate

Description: Vincent Price Hilarious Handwritten Reflections on the Miss America Pageant of Which Vincent Once Served as a Judge! “I’m always at a loss what to say to people, especially big- bosomed ladies who play the accordion…even well.” Purchased from the Estate of Vincent Price Dimensions: 4.00 x 9.00 inches An avid note-taker, Vincent Price would write poems, notes and other musings on anything that was at hand: paper bags, deposit slips, airline ticket sleeves, etc. Here, on the back of an airline ticket folder, Vincent writes: “Then there was the Miss America Beauty Pageant—not exactly a work of Art but fellow jurors like Mimi Benzel and Lucia Albanese made it seem so. The fifty, count them, examples of pulchritude were nice and one suspects not as dull as their guardians made them appear…or untalented as their ”acts” denoted. I’m always at a loss what to say to people, especially big bosomed ladies who play the accordion…even well.” Item comes with original estate auction summary to show provenance from the Estate of Vincent Price. Item shipped Priority and with insurance. Give your loved one or that special friend the best Holiday or Birthday gift ever! (Be sure to look at the several dozen other Vincent Price items I have for sale here on ebay, including several original handwritten Vincent Price poems!).
