Description: An original M1936 U.S. Army pistol belt from the Vietnam War era. Standard horizontal OD web with a blackened brass buckle and keepers with reinforcing ridges. Pre-1966 weave change with the "U.S." stamp on the left front area that has the snap for attaching a magazine pouch. Stamped on the inside with unreadable contract information and maker marks. Fine condition showing only very light wear with some finish loss on the buckle and keepers and some verdigris on the grommets. Stamped for "WAIST UNDER 30". Overall, a nice belt that is serviceable and displays well.
