Description: Description: Vietnam War RTO/Training Captain’s Steel Helmet & Liner Really attractive captain’s helmet set! The shell is a front seam, swivel bale that was retrofitted with Vietnam Era Chinstraps. I added NOS original chinstraps onto it, but based on the wear that was on the bales I believe they are the correct type. They are the only thing that isn’t true to how I received this helmet. Both the shell and liner have matching rank & bands. I believe the band is for a range training officer of some sort, the set displays really well. It may not be WW2, but it’s the real deal!
