This paisley shawl is not hand made, and done on a jacquard loom. Woven border on two sides. These shawls are essential antique accessories for Civil War garments and make nice decorative touches in the home as well, try them for holiday buffet table, a pleasant and no fuss alternative to white linen or lace.
