Just search for this model all over the Internet and see how many you find. On the other hand a comparable Rolex in 18K gold can be found in hundreds if not thousands offered for sale. For a few decades Tudor was a division of Rolex company. Most Tudor watches had cases made by Rolex and the dials and hands were made by same companies which made them for Rolex. The only difference was the movement used in the watch. Even though this watch was manufactured in 1967 based on it’s serial number 59 * * * * it is in an outstanding, UNPOLISHED case condition. Champagne dial with applied hour markers and Tudor shield logo at 12 o’clock. Beautiful original Rolex gold hands. Date aperture at 3 o’clock with red and black alternating numbers. If the watch was not worn for a while and the wearer wants to adjust the date, there is a quick way to do it. When the crown is in the time setting position, turn the hands past midnight and notice a date change. Continue past 3 o'clock and then turn the hands back past 9. Now advance the hands again and you will see the date change again. Repeat as necessary to arrive at the date needed. The fluted bezel is super sharp in detail and condition.The case measures 34.2 mm across by 41.3 mm long. The stamped in writing on the back with the Rolex crown reads: ORIGINAL OYSTER CASE BY ROLEX GENEVA. This watch is running on a 25 jewels automatic movement cal. 2484 which has a beautiful machined spiral decoration finish. The lugs are 19 mm wide. The watch comes with a black leather band and original 18K Rolex buckle. The weight as pictured is 52 grams. The shipping on this item is $40 by FEDEX 2 day service. Just a short note to our buyers.
