Description: Very Rare Antique Cabinet Card Outdoor Portrait / Family Photograph Scene appears to have been staged and captured by a professional photographer of the time. Note that all people, including the baby in the incredible fancy pram, were looking directly at the camera. The husband seems attentive and dressed for the occasion. The wife seems impatient and the expression on her face and hand on her hip says it all. The daughter is quite happy to pose and the baby is quite facinated with the camera. The Pramulator / Stroller is a great example of the Victorian era. A tailor shop verbage can be seen on corner window but no other landmarks are visible. Back shows a faint list of names. Actual photo on backing is approx 5 1/2" W x 3 7/8" H. Overall with backing the cabinet card is 6 1/2" W x 4 1/2" H. Card has some visible corner damage and some slight staining is noticeable in upper right corner of photo. A must have Cabinet Card Photo! Condition:Very Good overall condition. The card shows some light staining and light edge wear from age. The image itself shows some minor scratching and some light staining. Card is unmarked.
