This specimen of fossilized Dinosaur Dung is from the Morrison Formation and it's about 148 million years old. The specimen measures about 5 1/2"x 3 1/2" x 1/2 + or -" and it weighs about 6.05 ounces. The first 4 photos were taken with the specimen dry and the last 2 photos were taken with the specimen wet with water under indoor lighting. Wet photos aid those working in lapidary.
