In the drawing, the HAMILTON is depicted as she appeared from her commissioning in 2014 through 2021. The Legend Class replaces the Coast Guard fleet of Hamilton Class High Endurance Cutters. These cutters patrol the world's oceans performing their missions of search and rescue, military readiness, homeland defense, drug interdiction, and law enforcement, among others. Mr. Bieda uses his extensive knowledge of ships and aircraft and numerous reference materials to portray the subject matter as accurately as possible. Each print has its own unique number.
