This item is a US Military 1917 Enfield Front Upper Handguard Wood. No letter markings are present. Manufacturer is unknown, probably a reproduction. This item is being sold as a used unit since I do not know the history of the item. There is a chip on the left front edge (see photos). There is a circular mark on the right side forward of the rear rivet. I do not know the type of wood but do NOT believe that it is Walnut. Please refer to the photos and ask questions.
