This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, many areas of discoloration); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); one hole that I could see; small pieces missing due to very heavy wear.
