Description: Up for sale is an interesting penta (5-sided) bamboo fly rod. This rod is labeled Union Hardware; however, it is clearly not a Union Hardware blank. If I had to guess, this is a custom-built rod on a Penta blank and the builder used Union Hardware components. With all that being said, this is a well-built rod and it is ready to hit the water. It is 8’ 3” long and it will handle 7wt fly lines just fine. The ferrules fit tight and measure 16/64. Please note, the cork handle has an indent and some blue residue on it. This rod comes with a sock. All-in-all, a neat rod to add to your collection. Please see all of the photos and thank you for looking.
