This was part of a joint United Auto Workers/General Motors Promotion by the Quality Network connected with Motorsports in the mid 1990's. There are two adjustable strap hats. These hats are for adults, but they seem to run a bit small. The fanny pack has three zippered pockets and I think if your waist is over 32 inches, it may be too small to wear. Hats are Union Made in the USA. Not sure about the fanny pack. Hats worn maybe for an hour back in the 1990's and stored since. Fanny pack never used and also stored. No tags.
