Place the expander on the Pump stator;（Note: The expander does not go over the grooves.) Steps 3. Slide the ring into the expander by using your fingers and walking until the reaching the first groove (walking it off the extra inch); Steps 4. Place the ring in the last groove by wiggling the ring with your fingers all the way down. Do make sure it is in the groove by applying force into the ring in the groove; Steps 5. Lubricate the Ring Buddy re-sizer with trans-gel; Steps 6. Gently guide the ring buddy sizer over the seal ring to collapse it into the groove and properly size it; Steps 7.
