DESCRIPTION . 1 OEM FRONT ENGINE MOUNT BRACKET for 1935-1953 DODGE, CHRYSLER, PLYMOUTH FLATHEAD 6 ENGINE ★ ORIGINAL Part from a 1937 Dodge Truck, 6 Cyl, 230ci T41 Motor ★ • ONE (1) DPCD LOGO ENGINE MOUNT FRONT BRACKET for 1935-1953 DODGE CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH FLATHEAD 6 ENGINE. Having a back up part in your garage inventory is a good idea; these factory original 87 year old parts never seem to be for sale when you need them! • From a 1937 Dodge straight 6 cylinder flathead T41 truck engine (see the "Sample Installation" photo). Details: ~ "Floating Power" front engine mount bracket (see installation note pic). ~ Bolts to the left & right truck frame rails to support the front of the Dodge 218ci & 230ci flathead straight 6 L-Head engines. ~ Has the original bolt-on black rubber engine mount pad (which obviously needs replacing). Easy to replace. ~ Stamped "DPCD" logo and "Floating Power". ~ Hefty steel part, but we recommend: (a) inspecting the 2 lower bolt eye tabs for fatigue cracks, and (b) welding on extra steel to beef-up the 2 lower bolt eye tabs (considering the vibration AND weight they carry). ~ Hefty part weighs almost 4-1/2 Lbs. Older aluminumized silver paint is still very nice. ~ This is an 87 year old part. Removed from a 1937 Dodge Truck (may or may not fit Dodge, Chrysler or Plymouth cars). ~ Condition: excellent with some very minor cosmetic wear (see pics to evaluate for yourself before purchase).• Hard to find 100% MoPar 87 year old used part. Waiver by one party hereto of breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other shall not operate or be construed as a continuing waiver. g.) Assignment. The Parties shall not assign this Agreement, without the other Party’s prior written consent. h.) Notices. Any and all notices, demands, or other communications required or desired to be given hereunder by any party shall be in writing and shall be validly given or made to another party if personally delivered or served, or if deposited in the United States mail, certified or registered, postage prepaid, return receipt requested. If such notice or demand is served personally, notice shall be deemed constructively made at the time of such personal delivery or service. If such notice, demand or other communication is given by mail, such notice shall be conclusively deemed given five days after deposit thereof in the United States mail addressed to the party to whom such notice, demand or other communication is to be given as follows: ~ If to the Buyer: the account address for the Buyer supplied by eBay and shown on the eBay invoice. ~ if to the Seller: the address for the Seller shown in the eBay invoice. If any provision of this Agreement, or any portion thereof, is held to be invalid and unenforceable, then the remainder of this Agreement shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect. m.) Voluntary Agreement. The Parties hereto, and each of them, represent and declare that they have carefully read this Agreement and know the contents thereof and that they signed the same freely and voluntarily.
