Description: Vintage art deco vase from Trenton Potteries TAC (Trenton Art China) of New Jersey. The vase is hexagonal in shape and is footed with a scalloped rim. The vase is a dark red or burgundy color which I believe is called "Persian Red". The vase is glazed inside and out and has a glossy finish. The stamp on the base dates the vase from between 1935 and 1942. This may be a harder shape to find, as I could only find one other example of it, and that one was green. Condition: The vase is in very good vintage condition with the only flaw that I found being a small area (about 1 mm) of missing glaze near the bottom of the vase. The area is smooth, so not a chip, possibly wear, or possibly it is paint transfer from a wall, but it wasn't easy to remove, and I didn't want to try very hard and possibly damage the vase.
