Description: This is a beautiful and vibrant Fine Vintage Plein Air Impressionist Landscape Oil Painting on Masonite, by renowned LDS Utah born, Colorado Impressionist painter, Trent Gudmundsen (b. 1978.) This artwork depicts a colorful beach landscape scene, with tall trees, and a majestic blue ocean vista in the far distance. Signed: "Gudmundsen" in the lower right corner. This small gem is approximately 56 x31 1/2 inches (including frame.) Actual artwork is approximately 48x24 inches. Very good condition for age, with moderate scuffing, edge wear and gilding loss the frame. However, I think this patina is intentional, and that this is a purposely distressed frame (please see photos.) Priced to Sell. This is a very early work by the artist, created in the late 1990's.
