Description: traxxas emaxx 3903 3905 3908 planetary gear reducer on a titan 550.. with steel gear this is unique in that traxxas made it for the army as part of their bomb detection emaxx the spur gear has a ring to it when you flick it.. i think it is hardened steel im skeptical about selling it because its probably stronger than any other spur gear but im no machinist... this has a optional mechanical break that can be used.. the steel wire goes through the motor mount and into the spur gear hole which locks into place, i demanstrated it in picture 3, motor is used but bench tested with no problems. NOTE the planetary gear has red lock tite and the pinion gear on the titan 550 is welded. i have 5 total sets very similar to this one pictured you get whats pictured PER purchase..
