Elbows have Slight Play and Wobble, Shoulder Ratchets are not intact and are loose. Elbow Ratchets are intact but sometimes get stuck. Wheels have Cracks from dry rot. Slight Paint and Chrome Wear, Broken Stacks. Comes as shown. Missing one Wheel. Hips Ratchets are a little weak as the truck will not fully stay together at the back. left foot is loose.
