Highlights include CO&E #17 switching in Marion, Illinois. #17 was the last steam locomotive in daily freight service on a freight only common carrier in the U.S., operating into September of 1986. Other highlights include 3985 whistling past at 60 miles per hour, Frisco 1522 climbing Rolla Hill with a freight train and Black Hills Central Baldwin Built power climbing 4 percent grades in South Dakota.
