The Post Office has to try hard to damage my shipments. Unfortunately about one out of every couple hundred times they succeed. Shipping Costs I will always try to group multiple purchases in one package to reduce your shipping cost. Wait for an invoice if you win more than 1 lot. Feel free to remind me though, it never hurts. I attempt to ship 1st class when possible or flat rate small box.If an item is offered internationally it will ship through the Global Shipping program. I have no control over those shipping costs. Communication- To Me If a bidder wins a bid and has other items they are bidding on that have not ended yet just let me know. If payment needs to be delayed let me know how long. I have a policy but I understand things happen. If you are unhappy with an item or an item arrives damaged please contact me first before filing a case. I'm not concerned about eBay knowing there is a problem but they take forever to close a resolved case and in many instances delay the resolution due to the time frames they follow. Communication- From Me I try and follow up with successful bidders in the evening right after payment is made and let them know when I will be putting the item in the mail. If my store doesn't have a notice that I'm out of town or on vacation I will respond as soon as possible. Returns My return policy is there are no returns. I take hi-res photos of every side of an item and point out any defects that I see. Bidders are free to ask questions and I will answer them in the time frame stated above.
