Titled Ice Bird, this vibrant etching depicts a black and white bird standing against a bright pink background and surrounded by urban-inspired designs. The works "Last Child" are present along the bottom edge of the print. Displayed in a black frame and a white mat, the print is signed "T.F." and dated to the lower right, is titled to the lower center, and numbered 6/45 to the lower left. A Chicago artist, Fitzpatrick's work is predominantly inspired by Chicago street culture. Fitzpatrick worked as an actor, radio host, bartender, and boxer before turning to art as a career. In 1992, he opened his own printmaking studio that also serves as an exhibition space.
