We set out to create this very special Tobin James Cellars "experience" book to share enticing imagery of both our winery home and the exciting dishes that our dynamic chef, Marc LeDuc, creates. We also wanted to share dozens of our favorite "Chef Marc" recipes that pair so perfectly with our stellar wines. But this book is also a reminder to all of our club members, family, friends-our entire growing Tobin James family-that you always have a home here at the winery. We really are one big, happy family! Through all these years, you have nurtured us, supported us, and watched us grow. We treasured watching our twin daughters grow up at the winery as they helped with events, drying glasses, and playing with Cisco, our dear Australian shepherd and unofficial mascot of Tobin James Cellars. Many of you shared your delicious picnic treats with him and rubbed his belly in the tasting room. You may also remember how he would "belly up to the bar" for a breadstick-or even a little wine! Especially at crush time-Cisco was always great company during our late-night punchdowns when he would enjoy a slice of pizza with the freshly fermenting juice! We've always loved welcoming you "home" to the winery to taste the latest and greatest of our wines and to catch up on what you've been doing. We also enjoy sharing fun times with you on our cruises and at our epic events, since all of our camaraderie is contagiously FUN! And if you live far away, it's great to chat with you on the phone to let you know all about our wines and for us to hear what's new in your life. Our amazing Tobin James team gives us every reason to be unendingly grateful. We could not be any prouder of the fine jobs they do and of what caring individuals they are.
