For this reason I am not sure it is actually Tiffany. It is however definitely 18k as marked and has been tested and verified both by myself and a reputable jeweler. Also marked peretti on chain cartouche.and Tiffany & Co. on the other side of cartouche. Pendant piece weighs 4 grams alone. NOTE: Chain does not have a gold mark. A magnet will stick to the spring clasp as it will in any fine jewelry as non-precious metals are used in order for the mechanism to work properly. You can verify this yourself easily with a jeweler. Chain measures approximately 20" long from end to end. Teardrop has been rubbed by jeweler in order to test more deeply and this is rubbed area is visible upon close inspection but it presents nicely still and can be worn also.
