Description: This is a VERY RARE 15" tall (2L) colored stein pouring pitcher by TheWalt. There is a spout on the rim top and also on the pewter lid. It is signed and has numbers on the bottom and has an incised TheWalt mark that was used from 1900-1920 (the Point of the Triangle with the side lines-the T in the center and a dot above the T)- see pictures.There are three colorful raised relief panels, each separated by ornate pillars or tree branches. The main, center panel is The Münchner Kindl from the original coat-of-arms -- a black-and-yellow-robed monk holding a book in one of his outstretched hands and a beer stein in the other. There is German writing around the top and base bottom. The handle is a decorative tree branch. The pewter/Zinn conical lid has decorative scroll designs and a point. The thumb lift is decorative foliage.From the A.J.
