Description: CONDITION: Excellent, without defects of any kind. This cordial glass was produced in Germany by Theresienthal in the 1890s. The glass measures 6 1/8 inches high and has a diameter of 1 3/4 inches. The green stem is attached to a clear bowl, tapered at the rim and widens at the bottom. It is hand enameled with incredible delicacy. Lily pads alternate with water lily blossoms, encircling the glass. All of the decoration is outline in fine gilding. There is a collar of petals and raised enamel beads around the foot of the glass. The rim and foot are trimmed with gold. The artistry and craftsmanship is unsurpassed.
