The Wackers Day and Night b/w Last Dance 1972 Elektra 1st Specialty Pressing VG+

Description: For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single from The Wackers titled "Day and Night" b/w "Last Dance", originally released in 1972 by Elektra Records. I bought this new, when it was first released in 1972, and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for seven inch 45 RPM vinyl records, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. The original inner sleeve is graded as Very Good Plus because of a small tear and wrinkles along the sleeve's top opening. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is etched "SP", indicating that the record was pressed at Specialty Recording Company's pressing plant located in Olyphant, Pennsylvania. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The vinyl is visually graded as Very Good Plus because of a smudge and some very fine-line surface scratches. You would be hard pressed to find a copy of this record in any condition, especially a Specialty Records first pressing from the original owner.
