(Item was not in the general living area, but stored in the attic). We don't find any offensive smell, other than an "old book" scent, but that's just our opinion - please buy/bid accordingly and be mindful of this if you have allergies. SHIPPING: It's not uncommon for us to ship the same day of payment. We live fairly close to the post-office, and we are on eBay almost on a daily basis outside of holidays. At the most, your item will be packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of us receiving your payment. Item will be shipped as described and will be carefully packaged (check out our feedback). We photograph the item as it's being packed, and again after it's ready to be shipped for documentation. We ship via USPS within the US, and International only via eBay's Global Shipping option.
