The pages are in very good condition with very mild yellowing, no tears, dogears, or writing except the owners name on the front endplate. The boards are secure, the spine is tight. This yearbook has been kept very clean and protected, it looks almost new, very nice condition for it's age. Book measures 8 1/2 inches X 11 1/4 inches, 224 pages.
