Description: Original chromolithograph mounted on quarto paper from 1st edition The Library Shakspeare, undated but believed to have been printed between 1870 and 1880. Scene from King Henry VI, Second Part, Act II, Sc.II, titled "Warwick. 'Be we the First that shall Salute our Rightful Sovereign' " drawn and etched by Robert Dudley, (b. 1826 - d. 1909). Both lithograph and original paper mounting are clean and in good condition for their age, with only slight marking below the title (see photograph) The lithograph is supplied loose with mount and backing card in a cellophane wrapper and will be dispatched in a cardboard backed envelope.
