Contains black and white photographic frontispiece, with other plates throughout. Pages are mildly tanned, but text remains clear. Plates are bright. Binding is slightly shaky, due to cracked front hinge, but all pages remain attached. Deckled edges. Boards have moderate shelf-wear, with noticeable corner bumping and some scuffing to edges. Spine ends are slightly crushed. Gilt remains bright. Moderate rubbing and scuffing overall, with some noticeable marking also. This book has been inspected carefully by hand by trained book valuers to ensure the condition description is as accurate as possible for this exact copy pictured.
