This book is in SUPERB and UNREAD copy and the book itself has a tiny discolored spot on the right tip of the lower page edge and NO other imperfections; the dustjacket has a tiny tear and crease on the upper center right edge of the front cover, a slight crease on the upper edge of the back surface, a tiny tear on the upper right tip of the back surface, slight sunning (fading) and a few light scuffs on the spine edge and just very light shelfwear otherwise but no other significant imperfections! The book is titled The Gospel of St. Mark: The Pelican Gospel Commentaries and it was written by D. E. NINEHAM; it was published by The Seabury Press in 1968 and is a STATED 1st SEABURY EDITION copy.Saint Mark's Gospel is generally agreed to be the primary source for the life of Jesus - both Matthew and Luke drew on his account when they were writing their own.
