I think that the few books in print were published at the same time. As mentioned above, this book is 596 pages with a full-page color map following the last numbered page. There is also a color fold-out map and a few pages of B&W photographs, all at the end of the book. The author has Signed and inscribed the book on the FFEP to a Dr. and Mrs. Anthony (the 'K' for Kingkeo looks more like a 'B', maybe for a nickname, see 2nd photo). Edward M. Anthony has signed his name on the inside cover. This work was 'Submitted to the faculty of the Graduate School in partial fulfillment of the requirements for degree of Philosophy in the Institute of Folklore, Indiana Universiity September, 1967."
