Description: The First Jewish Anzacs DVD Gallipoli Campaign (Keysor, Dunstan VC) Najex CoAJP This rare DVD, Released for Remembrance Day 11 November 2015, was produced by the Centenary of Anzac Jewish Program, the NSW Association of Jewish Ex-Servicemen and Women and the Sydney Jewish Museum, as an educational/historical record of the Australian Jewish Community's outstanding contribution and the supreme sacrifice of many of them to our nation's cause in the Gallipoli Campaign of World War 1, 25 April to 19 December 1915.The video utilises material from the acclaimed Centenary of Anzac Commemorative Service of the NSW Jewish Community, held at The Great Synagogue on 3 May 2015, that was attended by more than eleven hundred dignitaries and community members. It features the wonderful singing of the Combined Jewish Schools Choir and The Great Synagogue Choir.The DVD also includes two short videos, prepared for Defence Housing Australia's dedication of the Keysor Community Cottage at Crimson Hill, West Lindfield, 9 August 2015, in recognition of the centenary of L/Cpl Leonard Keysor's award of a Victoria Cross at the battle of Lone Pine.Runtime: 50 mins + Very Good Condition: minimal signs of use on the disc and case.
